This alert could be awesome in the new year. If there was an alert that indicated insurance was still needed, a new credit card needs to be obtained, client can not be seen due to billing issues, etc. Large practices, especially, could use an alert system.

Aside from the already posted comments. Our office also uses the Flag feature, to Flag patients with repetitive appointment habits, i.e. "forgets" appointment, or appt preference.
"Flagging" allows clinicians and administrative staff to note there is a repetitive appointment habit noticed for that client. -

This is highly important. Please consider this.

That is a pretty big issue in our practice - so often co-pays and deductibles are missed because receptionist or clinicians cannot see the customer's 'balance' past due on accounts and do not collect and usually it's too late adding MORE charges to the account - it would be IDEAL to have an account alert or something to signify when checking in on calendar that there is a past due balance to collect.

Alerts for each account that pops up as a reminder for billers and therapists.

Add an option to create a pop-up alert when you go into a clients page.

We need this for billing to communicate with therapists. There is no way for our billing office to communicate that clients are in collections, have bad credit, or can't set up future appointments due to open balance or lack of payment.

Create a warning when attempting to schedule a client who has an unpaid balance.

I would love this- I have a group practice, and there are numerous times that I might add a note to get new credit card info, or insurance, etc. but they often forget when they see the patient because they don't look at that section. An alert would prompt them to remember to get that info.

Yes! A pop up so that billing can communicate with front desk upon check in that a client needs to turn in required documents, change in copay or whatever.

ONCE THE CLIENT'S AMOUNT DUE REACHES A PRE ESTABLISHED AMOUNT, THE ACCOUNT IS LOCKED OR BLOCKED FROM MAKING ANY NEW APPOINTMENTS. ANY BODY THAT WOULD TRY TO SET UP A FUTURE APPOINTMENT FOR THE ACCOUNT WOULD RECEIVE A POP UP NOTIFICATION OF THE SYSTEM BEING UNABLE TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT DUE TO OPEN BALANCE AND LACK OF PAYMENT.

Alert box that comes up with very important information. Example if we have a missed appointment the alert will come up once we pull up the clients account to remind us to collect the missed appointment fee. And or if the client is in critical status to be careful with what we say to them. This helps as we do mental health.

It would be helpful to have an alert popup when a client is opened, sort of similar to the way hospital charts immediately have "LATEX ALLERGY" warning when accessing a patient's chart.

I also would like to make a request that we can some type of pop up alert that we can insert specific comments or questions that need to be communicated the next time the client comes in, like balances on the client's account.

Our main issue tends to be on the Agenda @ check-in. It's hard to keep track of all client account issues & so Reception ends up having to click into pretty much every client account each hour. Having the Client Notes displayed on the Agenda is a good idea, but there's no way to know if a note exists. There is a similar idea that suggests a flag on the Agenda so that way reception knows to look for alerts. https://theranest.uservoice.com/forums/914431-theranest-app/suggestions/39072619-indicate-if-notes-are-saved-in-client-notes-fiel

The ability to flag accounts would be very helpful with the accounting components of clients' services. Once the flag is removed, administrative and clinical team members would then know there is no outstanding balance on the account.

Need some way to flag accounts that have been sent to collections to alert staff not to schedule future appointments until balance paid

This would be very helpful as soon as possible! This would highlight the immediate needs of a client. This would prevent billing and scheduling mishaps. An alert could notify the provider of any updated court orders or remind the front office not to schedule certain people together in order to prevent any physical altercations or potentially traumatic situations.

Please pick this improvement! It would be a great improvement. The front office sees so many clients and cannot remember every detail of every client. Client A cannot be scheduled until they set up a payment plan, Client B's card had insufficient funds make sure to get a different form of payment, Client C is allowed to be scheduled outside of office hours, Client D has an insurance change, Client E needs annual paperwork, etc.
An alert that pops up as you choose the client would be extremely helpful. Our front office has post-its around their computers of just a couple of the client needs. This gets messy and disorganized! -

Yes, this, please. If the alerts could be filtered to show for specific profiles (i.e. billers only see billing related alerts; clinicians only see clinical related alerts) that would be even better.
