YES PLEASE!!!!! I am so so tired with the pandemic and insurance companies ever-changing their coding requirements, resulting in me editing and/or creating MORE CODES to scroll through when I create invoices. If there were a way to manually add the modifier on the invoice, it would minimize the base number of codes needed.

I know that we can type in a custom note when we send statements. But I would love a way to be able to add a standard note to each statement (that just goes on every statement) about who to call if they have questions, or to direct them to their insurance company. Even just being able to have a "thank you" on each statement. I hate having to type the same note every time I send a statement (and I have 10 providers!!)

It would be awesome to have a spot in the client chart where we could indicate previous scores on checklists, and easily review. So- if they took the PHQ9, for example, we could add a line item with the date and score, and then update as we re-evaluate. It would be so much simpler to review progress made in relation to assessment, especially when we need to create records for outside requests (disability, workers comp, etc). Thank you!

I have multiple providers, and when I get a new pt request, I have not found an easy way to see what the therapist availability is without cross-referencing. It would be awesome to have a way that just shows what openings each provider has.

Yes- I would also like to be able to customize the pop up to let my clinicians know that the credit card has expired and to get new info, or things like that. They forget to look at the notes, usually due to lack of time, so a popup would be great. Or a way to add some kind of "warning" note that comes up in a different color...

I am having this happen frequently, as well. Or even a popup that notifies them that they haven't clicked submit. something like that. It is hard when my clients (the vast majority are postpartum moms who are already overwhelmed) hear that I didn't receive it. Please make this more efficient!
