    yes!!!! this is a major problem in our organization ... and I cannot tell without going through organization activity what has been removed and nothing tells me why - someone can remove appointments (anyone can) even on other clinician's schedules... not right

    This still has not been implemented. It is so time consuming to go through multiple groups, search for notes, sign the note then search more through multiple groups each day to make sure I have signed each note. I spend about an hour and half each Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday hunting for group notes to sign through a multiple step process in order to sign the group notes. We run, on average, about 16 groups (not everyday but often enough).

    This would be so handy - right now we have to carry the Diagnosis(es) over into the other case files in the patient file in order for all providers to have access to it and then build several different treatment plans because some providers do not have access to certain cases. It would simplify things so much if it would carry it over into other cases automatically when you create multiple cases under the patient's main case file. Please! This would be WONDERFUL!!!

    I agree.. I run the audit report and have a TON of group notes that were done in the listing which makes it somewhat difficult to weed through to find if any actual progress notes are missing. As a supervisor of 7 it becomes quite difficult at times to weed through.
