Store "Customize Grid" selections
When I adjust the grids for client statements or other reports using the "Customize Grid" dropdown, I want it to save my choices so when I direct away from and return to the page, the options selected previously are pre-selected.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! When you customize the grid in any report (including the client list) your selections will stick! No more having to reselect your preferences every time you navigate to that page! Please note that this is browser and device specific. Example: You made selections on a laptop. Those selections will not appear on your iPad. Selections will erase after clearing your browser cache as well.

I only look up clients by client numbers so it would be VERY helpful to me to be able to have client id numbers always show on my grid. I want to be able to save my choices.

It was suggested to me by Theranest to bookmark the page once I customized the grid - this does not work - as soon as you click on a client to see their account it resorts back to the default. If it is not going to keep the changes when you choose clients from there it isn't helpful.
Definitely need to be able to save the grid once customized. -

I love the new customizable view on the Clients main page, but we need a way to save that view so that it doesn't keep going back to what was originally there. Please add a save feature!

Keeping my customized grids for the client page would be so helpful! It's almost pointless customizing it when it changes immediately when you move to another page within the website.

The ability to save a default view of the client list would be AMAZING. The current default uses almost none of the columns we would choose so it's frustrating to have to change it every time.
Another note, you used to be able to search for a portion of a client's name & all of the options would come up - this was awesome. Now you have to type the exact name - this is not awesome.

It would be very helpful to save a default view for the custom grid for the clients page. I move back and forth from that page when I am submitting claims and it would be very helpful for my settings to stay. Thank you!

There needs to be personalized settings. For example the "Customize Grid" settings under "Clients" or under "Claims". I only need select information on those. I shouldn't need to change it every time I open up those windows.

Can you set an option where we can save the grid templates when exporting the reports to PDF or CSV?
We use a variety of csv export reports and it is becoming difficult to remember each field/column setup selection for each report.Saving those templates under a name and then show those saved template names in a drop down box when we pick the CSV option, that would be extremely helpful.

It would be nice to be able to return to the custom reports screen from the screen it takes you to - for example, when I run a report of outstanding notes/notes without a signature, and I click on the note that needs to be completed, I need to completely re-run the report after I finish and sign the note I just completed. Thanks!

Set rendering provider NPI and info as default for all statements. Statements now include the Rendering Provider's name, NPI number, and license number, but it cannot be set as a default and thus every time showing the rendering provider's NPI must be manually set. Since insurance companies often require this information for reimbursement, there should be a default option to always have the Rendering provider's NPI show on statements.

Allow the new statement design to include the option to save a default view for custom grid.
For example - every statement generated would already include diagnosis.

The client billing feature is already a little clunky - meaning there's some tricks to it. Like you can only generate a certain amount of statements at a time, and sometimes EAP or Agency charge amounts end up on the client side of the ledger, etc. Basically you already have to really, really pay attention. And with 1600 clients, it already takes a looong time.
If we could set the defaults of what fields we want, then we wouldn't have to re-set the parameters every time which would be so useful for our work flow because it is one less thing we would have to check each time. It also would be useful for generating individual statements when a client requests one because 9 times out of 10 we need the same parameters - so again, one less thing to check.
