    We would love to have our existing forms translated into Spanish for our Spanish speaking clients. This is a huge need!

    Please allow the Behavioral Definitions listed on the Treatment Plan to populate the progress note like the goals do.

    Our therapist feel it would be helpful to have the behavioral definitions they list in the treatment plan populate the note. My thought was just underneath the goals if you create a space, but it would be more helpful if they populated the Session Focus. This saves errors where the therapist can easily forget to keep these on the note for chief complaint/presenting problem. This also helps the progress note stand alone better when payers audit.

    There should be a way to set a reminder for each assessment. Our policy is to administer the appropriate standardized assessment to the client every month to cover all insurance requirements. We should be able to set a reminder for that.

    It would be wonderful if there were a way to mark a client as checked in and in the waiting room when they are here and ready for an appointment.

    We should have a partial refund option. It looks like poor business to have to refund a total then charge the card again.
