Resend Intake Forms/Custom Forms multiple times throughout treatment through Client Portal
It would be really nice and convenient if we had an option to send custom forms we create directly to clients which require it. There are certain forms that just wouldn't make sense for me to add to the intake without making it too long or irrelevant to some clients.

I love being able to have client's fill out an intake form and sign it electronically, but it would be very helpful to be able to send ROI's and updated paperwork at later times that client's can fill out and sign electronically.

Allow clients to retrieve data such as CBT homeowork or other files.

I would love to see an option for the custom documents to popup in the client portal, such as for ROIs, that the client can sign rather than the therapist sign it for them in the admin portal.

...and sometimes we need to send a new intake form after one year. We should be able to send it out again for them to be able to redo it via the client portal after a year goes by, thank you! :)

I would love the option to create custom forms and send them to client for electronic completion via email or client portal. For example, a therapist could create a Release of Information form as a custom for and send a link or form to client. The completed form would populate to the documents cloud same as intake forms.

I would also love if we could specify which intake forms go to which new clients. I have a different intake questionnaire that I use based on whether it's a minor client or adult client... but if I have two new clients in the same timeframe, I can only set the "intake forms" to include the same forms for both rather than specifying that I want the minor client's parent to complete the specific form.
