An error occurred while saving the comment It would be great to have reminders for incomplete notes. The agenda page provides information for incomplete notes, but clinicians have to intentionally look for it. It would be great to have the ability to set a time-limited reminder for when notes should be completed. The reminders would show on the home page when logging into Theranest.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be a great feature. Clinicians use secure messaging because it is HIPAA compliant. When a clinician is out-of-office, it would be helpful to set an automated message to notify clients. It also supports the self-care that all clinicians need.

An error occurred while saving the comment As stated by other customers, it would be VERY helpful to have the EOB in PDF form available. In my case, not having access to the EOB adds hours to my workload as I have to visit multiple provider portals to retrieve the information. Additionally, I often receive ERAs that are unpaid but no details appear in the adjustment field. The absence of the EOB makes other services similar to Theranest more competitive, especially for practices that have contracted medical billers.

It would be very helpful to view and create availability in the month or week view. Currently, you can only add or view availability in the day view.
