I've added my logo, but I'm not sure where it shows up. How can i add the logo to intake forms, appointment reminders etc

I have not see this idea already posted. But please, please we need this option available. I work with government agencies and other community, county, city entities that when sending my custom forms it would look lame not to have a logo.

To have the company logo on all custom forms. I hope Theranest has this option because it makes no sense not to have it.

Please add logo option for emails in the client portal system, appointment reminder emails, TheraNest portal invites, etc.

In addition, allow option to add attachment to initial invite portal email other than custom form, or allow for uploading of an attachment to the portal to add as an attachment vs. building out as a form.

The business logo prints on the Custom Forms or there is an option to add the logo to the forms.

You can easily add company logo to all forms etc. Our biggest request is the printing formatting that comes out. Currently we have a PRINT format that we still use for clients that are "not technicly inclined" however it would be nice to see the FORMS actually have something printed i.e a line or box for a client to recognize to "fill in the blank"

This would allow us to simply print forms right from TheraNest instead of keeping a "print" version.

Please add this feature! While documents look professional the logo makes it identifiable to other providers.

I would like to upload my logo to the forms so I can further customize forms. I would also like to be able to upload forms so I do not need to recreate the wheel.
