An error occurred while saving the comment Jade Hayes commentedWaiting List - Have a cancellation list available for each counselor where a clients name can be entered. Therefore, those waiting to schedule can be moved up if a cancellation occurs. For example: Sally Jo wants to see Dr. Smith Wednesday at anytime but his schedule is booked. On Monday Jim Jones calls and cancels his appointment for 3pm on Wednesday. When the appointment status is changed on the calendar from Upcoming to Cancel/Rescheduled/Etc. a box pops up stating Sally Jo is on the waiting list to see Dr. Smith on Wednesday. Sally Jo can be notified of the opening and offered the available booking at 3pm.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jade Hayes commentedWe would like to utilize TheraNest Client Portal but due to limitations with insurances certain client information should not be changed. For example, clients names and DOB's are often listed specifically within insurance policies. Client may get on the Portal and feel the need to change the information because they "believe" it is incorrect. When in fact, it is exactly as it should be. Could TheraNest add an option to DISABLE clients from being able to edit their Demographic information themselves in Client Portal. We would like to see ALL aspects of Portal (not just some) controllable on our end.

After a client submits forms on client portal. They are all downloaded into a "packet" onto their general documents section of the client account. They are not downloaded by each form but rather all together in the packet. Some documents are clinical in nature and should not be attached to the forms more administrative in nature. We have administrative staff whom we need to protect from viewing clinical documents.
