Implement an hourly or flat rate for staff payroll
Instead of percentage, is it possible to set up a set pay rate for the staff. For example, I pay my therapist $30-40 hrly regardless of the insurance so each client they see is the same pay rate.

YES this is extremely important to me. I pay my clinician a flat rate per client, NOT a percentage. Can we please get a fix for this?

Who pays by percentage, with the new laws in CA? We really need the hourly rate setup, for payroll. Do get this feature implemented ASAP.

The category is Payroll but that wasn't a choice above!
Would you please consider adding an option to your payout to staff to offer Flat Rates instead of just percentage rates? It would be idea to have flat rates based on CPT codes, so for example a flat rate for Intakes and a flat rate for 50 minute sessions, etc. Feel free to call me with any questions at 508-245-7760.

Yes please add this feature!!! We also pay with an hourly rate... Each clinician's hourly rate depends on their experience, education, and other components. For instance our licensed graduates (LG's) typically make $45 a session and our LC's make $60 a session... from there it increases. Assigning each staff member the dollar amount would be wonderful!

This would be very helpful because we also pay a flat rate to providers and the current format is of no use for us. It would be great to implement this and have the option for those that use the percentage model as an option as well.

I need to hour some people on an hourly basis while some will be on a percentage basis, so I need both.

My idea is to be able to modify the amount the therapist gets paid per session, per hour etc. We do no pay therapist at a percentage rate. They are on an hourly basis per sessions.

Going to "bump" this with another comment. After three years of practice growth and several providers we have found that percentage output is simply too confusing for some providers to work within and the emotion feedback is that they are not getting paid properly. We had several clinicians that contracted with us and even though we explained the contract 65/35 and gave them reports of when payments were etc etc.. and explained the rates of insurances are different etc etc etc.. (confused yet??) We found that by simply breaking down the averages of our insurers reimbursment rates and then basing the averages of 65/35 our previous rate we were able to come up with a simple FLAT RATE pay per service hour. It comes out about the same as the percentage, but this time now our clinicians are paid on time, and not held responsible for administration collections... Since we applied that... we have not lost a single clinician and now have grown to 7 providers and looking to grow again in 2019.
A flat rate would be great.... just for BILLED sessions. -

I may want to partner with someone in the future with a possible 60 / 40 split with the condition that I get 100 percent of my money earned and the other person getting 100 percent of the money he/she earns. I'd like to be able to split the rest of billing made by other employees to be on the 60 percent going to me and 40 percent going to my partner. Is there a way you can make that possible. I know I can already do the 100 percent per person now, but I'd like to be able to do 60/40 on everyone else minus our numbers. I hope that makes sense. It would help make it easier to process it when seeking a partner if I choose to do so.

It would be helpful to monitor payroll by enabling an entry for staff pay rate by $$. For example, enter $16/hour at 80 hours for a pay period. Also, be able to setup payroll frequency. For example, default payroll to bi-weekly or the 1st and 15th, and label payroll period (eg., Period 6 of 26) for the year.

It would be helpful to set a flat rate for each therapist for payroll. Many organizations use a flat rate; not a percentage to pay their therapists. I do hope this is something being worked on.

One way might be to allow the Staff Billing report to sort only by invoices completed for dates of service within a certain range (right now that report sorts by ANY activity on client's case or ledger within a the date range) AND have that report add the total number of clinical invoices completed.

I agree with comments. I would also like to have options to payout different amounts for different services.

Yes adding this feature would be great especially with many of my clinicians at different rates due to experience etc. Adding an hourly flat rate would be ideal.

PLEASE!! Using percentages messes our finances up!! we use lump sums!

I love the idea of the payout tracking. However, it would be great to be able to set the payout rate for therapists to be a particular dollar amount per therapy hour. (Our practice does not operate on a percentage split but on a flat clinician payment rate.)
Thanks!

We also pay our therapists a fix rate by time...not a percentage of the service. We currently have to export the detailed client attendance report and then import the .csv file into another database in order to run grouping queries to get a total hours worked for each staff. If 3 clients are participating in a group, we can't simply count the 3 client attendance records to get the correct 1 hour of staff time involved. Disappointed a fixed rate is not available.
