    We also pay our therapists a fix rate by time...not a percentage of the service. We currently have to export the detailed client attendance report and then import the .csv file into another database in order to run grouping queries to get a total hours worked for each staff. If 3 clients are participating in a group, we can't simply count the 3 client attendance records to get the correct 1 hour of staff time involved. Disappointed a fixed rate is not available.
