Reduce file size of PDFs
When I save a PDF to my computer (such as a client's progress note, invoice, etc.), have it save as a smaller file size so it's easier for me to email it.

Add a character count to appointment decline messages
When a client requests an appointment via the client portal and I decline it, show me how many characters I can type in the decline message. The error message that comes up says my message is too long, but I'm not sure how long is too long.

Don't automatically display pre-defined options when typing in mental status
When clicking into the mental status fields of a progress note, don't automatically display the pre-defined options. Sometimes I just want to enter text without seeing the pre-defined list I can insert.

Change location of mental status pre-defined options
When typing into the mental status section of a progress note, have the pre-defined options appear to the right side of the section so it doesn't block the next items in the list.

Report on group appointments as one unit
Allow me to run a report that will show whether the group appointment as a whole was kept. The attendance report breaks it down by client/attendee, but we pay our therapists by the hour worked not by the number of clients seen.
