  1. Show Rescheduled Appointments On Agenda

    Leave reschedule appointments on the agenda with the status rescheduled. It would be helpful to see that an appointment has already been rescheduled in the status in the agenda then just seeing it was cancelled.

  2. Separate appointment reminder preferences

    Allow me to set a client's appointment reminder preferences that are separate from other communication. For example, a client may not want to receive emailed reminders but they do want to receive other communication via email.

  4. Create custom forms for each client

    Allow me to create a custom form for a specific client that I can send to the portal. I need to be able to enter specific text that's only for that client, but I don't want to clutter up the list of intake forms.

  6. Change treatment plan button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan"

    Once a Tx plan has been there, using the "Create Treatment Plan" button automatically makes a copy of the most recent treatment plan.  Change the button to "Create/Update Existing Treatment Plan" so it's more accurate.

  7. Show CC fees in payroll report

    Allow me the option to view the credit card fee in the payroll because I pay my staff based on what they took in, which would be the amount minus any credit card fees.

  8. Include secondary insurance in client import

    When importing clients into TheraNest, allow me to include their secondary payers as well so I don't have to do this manually.

  9. Show zero dollar amounts on statements

    Allow me to include zero dollar amounts/paid invoices on statements so the client can see all invoices within a date range in the statement.

  10. Change credit card sum processing time

    Currently, the sum deposited into my account reflects all transactions processed before 4 PM CT. Change it to midnight so that it's easier to reconcile with reports.

  12. Create appointments prior to 2017

    When creating an appointment on the calendar, allow me to choose a year prior to 2017 in the appointment dialog so I can add in historical data for patients. Changing the calendar is too tedious.

  15. Blocklist a client

    Create an ability to flag a client, a name, an email and other contact information on Theranest. So if we know we have an issue client or possible client, they cannot be added to theranest or it pops up an alert that they have been flagged or blocklisted.

  17. Indicate if no credit card is on file

    When accepting payment and selecting Credit/Debit Card, indicate if there is no credit card on file. We've had therapists accidentally select this thinking they are charging the client's credit card and then we have a discrepancy with the credit card charges report.

  19. Include policy number on invoice aging report

    Include the policy number on the invoice aging report so I can easily call payers to inquire about the balance without navigating away from the report.

  20. Display progress note status when creating invoices

    When I create an invoice for a client, allow me to see if the progress note has been completed so know if I can submit the claim.
