Allow phone keyboard settings to apply to secure messaging
If my phone's keyboard settings, such as auto-capitalization, auto-correct, spell check, are enabled then have that carryover to secure messaging when composing a message from my phone.

Change "submit" to "request" when making appointments on the client portal
When a client schedules an appointment on the Client Portal, change the "Submit New Appointment" button to "Request New Appointment" to make it more clear the appointment is a request and needs to be confirmed by the provider.

Show appointment as rescheduled if client rescheduled from portal
If a client reschedules an appointment from the client portal and I confirm the new appointment, show the status of the appointment as rescheduled similar to how it would show if I rescheduled it within the application.

Make it easier for clients to submit appointment requests on the portal
Make it easier for our clients to submit appointment requests on the portal. Once they fill in the appointment information they think they are done and forget to click the "Submit" button.

Reword undo appointment confirmation email
When a client requests an appointment online and I accidentally accept or decline it and then undo it, the "undo" email is confusing because clients don't realize the appointment is still unconfirmed and they need to wait for a follow-up.

Book with more than one provider on the client portal
Allow clients to request an appointment with more than one provider when requesting an appointment on the client portal for clients that participate in co-therapy.

Allow new clients to message staff
If a client signs up via the client portal but a staff member hasn't been assigned to them yet, allow them to still message someone in the office in case they have any questions.

24 hour cancellation setting shouldn't include weekends
If I have the setting enabled that allows clients to cancel within 24 hours, that shouldn't include the weekend.

Show canceled and no-show appointments in the client portal
Allow clients to see appointments that were canceled or marked as a no-show in the client portal so when they get an invoice with a cancellation or no-show fee they can reference the appointment.

Remove Insurance Virtual Credit Card Payments from Client's Portal
Please removed the Virtual Insurance Credit Cards from the Client's Portal Payment History. It is confusing clients thinking their cards are being charged a large amount.

Don't allow portal users to view credit cards of other contacts
If multiple people are added to a client's contact network, don't allow them to view each other's credit cards that are stored in the client portal.

Client Notes on Customize Grid
If you could please add "client notes" as an option for "customize grid" on the "Clients" tab it would be greatly appreciated. This would streamline many of our processes and save a lot of time for our practice. Thank you.
