Select which individuals in contact network get intake forms (Family Accounts)
Within a client's contact network, allow me to select who gets access to which forms. In the case of divorced parents, sometimes mom doesn't want to see what dad fills out and vice versa. Or in the case of guardians, the guardian may need to fill out an intake form but shouldn't have access to the client's therapeutic documents unless given consent by the client. I also need to see which forms were sent to which contact, and what the status of those forms are.

Currently, when a client (particularly a child) has more than one person in their contact network, all of those contacts can view each others information and forms they have filled out, including address and credit card. Can we make it so the contacts can only view the forms they have filled out?

Right now, when a client has multiple people in their contact network who have access to their portal, those people can view all of the forms each other has filled out, including credit card information, address, and contact information. When a child client's parents are not together, but needs to have both parents in the contact network, it needs to be more private so they cannot see each others information.

Being able to customize which forms are sent to someone in Contact Network is critical! We have all Intake Forms in English and Spanish, and forms that don't apply in all situations. Having to revoke and resend specific forms after the fact is confusing for the client and time-consuming for us.

If I create a client, add someone to their contact network, and give the contact portal access, don't automatically send the default intake forms to the portal. Instead, allow me to select which forms are sent.

I agree with Samantha Frias below - we need to be able to select which forms go out rather than ALL of the forms to go out automatically.

When you add someone to the contact network, it automatically sends out ALL paperwork we have rather than just what is needed for the client. Can we have NO paperwork go out until selected in the gen docs?

Additionally, I would also like to be able to select the forms that are sent. As it is right now, it will automatically send all intake forms and won't let me uncheck the ones I don't need them to see, like with the Client Portal.
