We have staff set to only view assigned clients, with access to see "Busy" for calendar and agenda for other staff members. However, staff need to be able to see which rooms are booked.

Agree! I understand there are practices that have another system to run CCs, but we have had therapists not realize they needed to save the CC info, and are not actually billing the client, costing our practice thousands of dollars! A pop-up warning would be great to direct them to add the CC info.

Being able to customize which forms are sent to someone in Contact Network is critical! We have all Intake Forms in English and Spanish, and forms that don't apply in all situations. Having to revoke and resend specific forms after the fact is confusing for the client and time-consuming for us.

We need this feature! I imagine it would help TN support, as well, if we didn't have to contact them every time a staff member made an error on a Contact Log.
