Keep appointments in "Upcoming" until end of session
It is very confusing for clients who attempt join a telehealth session via their calendae appointment at 1 minute past the session (or more) to discover they cannot find their appointment listed in the "upcoming appointments" folder.

Make it easy for clients to find their telehealth appointment when they join after the hour has begun by:
1) keeping the appointment in "upcoming" until the end of the hour
2) sorting all appointments from newest (at top) to oldest
3) consider a button simply called "join session"

It would be helpful if in the client portal the appointment doesn't move to the kept tab until the session time is complete. This has caused A LOT of confusion for our clients when they log in, for example, at 3:01 for their 3:00 appointment and do not see the appointment because it has moved from the upcoming appointment to the kept appointment tab. Can this be changed so that the appointment doesn't automatically move at 3:01 and instead moves at the end of the session at 4:00pm. I believe this would eliminate client confusion and make for a better theranest telehealth experience.

A few clients of mine have told me that when they show up a couple of minutes late to their telehealth appointment, it no longer shows up on their upcoming list, but is under a different tab altogether of "kept."
This categorization is confusing for many clients, who might be less tech savy/human error savvy, especially since they haven't technically "kept" their appointment.
Please consider changing the category setting so that that a session shows up as upcoming until the session time is over, rather than kept.

I agree! This has come up several times-- Ct's cannot find their appointment because it switches one minute into the session.

Agreed, this is a big problem that clients get confused by, and the fix seems pretty easy (for me as a non-programmer!)

When clients sign into telehealth session, they tell me that they need to search for the appointment (which shows chronologically at the end, oldest first, current last). I have long-term clients and their history of appointments sometimes go back to 2 or 3 years and this makes it a bit harder for them to find the appointment of the day. Suggestion: Can you please update the sorting of "history of appointments" from current showing in the first page to oldest? Thanks in advance!

In the therabook app, when clients log in to attend session, if they are even one minute late for their scheduled teletherapy session, the session moves to the bottom of the list of "kept appointments" - this is rather tricky to explain to clients, as many will already be frazzled from being late, and will try to click on the link from the top of the list. For clients who have been regular clients for a while, or come often, this will become an issue, as the list of "kept" appointments grows and the link they are looking for is at the very bottom! Easy solution - arrange the list with the most recent at the top instead!
