This cuts way back on reaching out to the client for insurance card, downloading and then uploading to their file.

It would be helpful if in the client portal the appointment doesn't move to the kept tab until the session time is complete. This has caused A LOT of confusion for our clients when they log in, for example, at 3:01 for their 3:00 appointment and do not see the appointment because it has moved from the upcoming appointment to the kept appointment tab. Can this be changed so that the appointment doesn't automatically move at 3:01 and instead moves at the end of the session at 4:00pm. I believe this would eliminate client confusion and make for a better theranest telehealth experience.

I agree! We have 10+ custom forms and it is very tedious to go in and rename all of these forms again once completed by the client. Please change this feature!

I would love to see a note box next to the phone numbers and email address to show whose phone it is. For example, for a minor, I would like to know if I am calling mom, dad, grandma etc. I would also like to note if a client would not like me to leave a voicemail etc. I think "home" phone is becoming non-existant. I would rather see a primary or secondary phone.

I think it would be helpful to add another option in client demographics tab under the phone numbers. There are a few options to check currently but our agency specifically notes if a client does not want us to leave a voicemail. There is not current spot to denote this important information.

This has also caused our office multiple issues when trying to add a guest to a session. We have school professionals, interpreters, family members in different locations, and others who need to join sessions. Theranest has not made this process inconvenient and frustrating for staff members and clients. I would love to see an implementation of the link that could be copied and sent to anyone who can easily jump on the telehealth video.
