Allow clients to review and sign treatment plans from the client portal
If there can be a way that clients can review and sign their treatment plans through the portal and that finalized doc would then be downloadable, that would be great.

Would it be possible for clients to go into their client portal and review and sign their treatment plans? This is critical for insurance purposes and much more convenient than downloading/ printing/ signing/ uploading etc

My state requires a client signature on each individual careplan. I would like to be able to send a client their carelpan through the portal to obtain a signature. Also would like to see clients able to upload photos of ID and insurance cards via the portal.

Allow a feature to collect client signatures on shared documentation (treatment plan, evaluations, etc.) all in the client portal. This is an important need because many people have opted for Telehealth since the pandemic started. As far as the treatment plan, certain insurances want to see the client's signatures on the treatment plans to indicate the plan was reviewed with them and the client acknowledges and agrees with the treatment goals.

It would be ideal to be able to get signatures on the treatment plan via the portal. As we move into a heavy teletherapy model, and signatures are required for Medicaid, this would be ideal.

Definitely need the ability to have client's sign the treatment plan and progress notes electronically in the client portal. Many client's are not coming into the office and only do telehealth. Have ecteronic signed treatment plans is essential.

With telehealth becoming so largely a part of our work with clients, we need the client to have the ability to review and sign treatment plans remotely

I am an all virtual practice. I try to make the most collaborative treatment plans I can. it would be useful if there was a way to send the treatment plan to the client for signature through the portal

I currently only do telehealth. The option to have clients sign and save their treatment plans from the portal will stream line my process and their experience.

Even more important feature with the addition of telehealth. Clients need to be able to review and sign documents remotely and securely. This is so critical right now during this pandemic crisis and a timely response and addition of this feature is required.

This is a crucial feature for us - as our client plans (and releases) MUST have full signatures.

This is an incredibly important feature as all federally funded health care programs *require* that the treatment plan be signed by the clients. This is a LOT of clients and with 80% of my caseload being medicaid, it's a lot of work for me to have to convert these files to pdf, e-mail them on a secure e-mail and have them sign them through a secure program and having to pay for those features elsewhere is also increasing my overhead cost. Please add this feature. Additionally - it's the same with Release of Information - we need signatures on those pages, initials won't cut it. This is incredibly important and adding a lot of extra work and cost for us to get that accomplished elsewhere.

Allowing e-sign by clients and caregivers would cut allow clinicians more time to focus on the needs of the clients!
