An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Right now, we are required by Medicaid to have clients sign treatment plans. But there is no functionality to do it on theranest. So we have to download treatment plans, email and send password protected, clients must print, sign, scan and return to us. It seems like a really important function for us to be able have clients sign their treatment plans over theranest.

An error occurred while saving the comment I would prefer if the "sign and save" was the default for notes (rather than hidden in a dropdown) so clinicians don't forget to sign their notes.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be great if we had the option to set up to bill automatically for clients. I am considering switching my platform to do so.
Clients should be able to sign their treatment plans through theranest. As many of are virtual, we rely on Theranest's technology. We are required to have clients sign treatment plans but cannot do it through Theranest. Which means we have to download, password protect, email to client, have the client print, sign, scan and email back. It would be much simpler if the client could sign through Theranest.
