Allow multiple client signatures on intake forms
Allow me to add multiple client signatures to intake forms. I work with children who may have parents and stepparents and I want to be able to capture all of their signatures.

It would be very helpful if there was an easily accessible "E-sign" button available to anyone who hadn't yet signed a document even after the document has been signed by someone else. For example, we require supervisors to sign all progress notes and then have supervisees go in afterwards to sign. Instead of having the orange box with the "click here to sign or co-sign" button, it would be simpler to just have the normal signature button appear if the person hasn't yet signed.

Ditto to Holly’s request! I too work with teens and families and it is difficult to not be able to get multiple signatures or have multiple logins for family members.

I agree. We will also need to find another EHR for our two clinics given we need e-signatures from parents for their youth to receive services. These consents need to be in the youth's chart record and not as a separate record or file.

Sending the intake paperwork to multiple emails attached to the same client would be very helpful in family or work with minors.

This is the biggest barrier for us to to use the client portal feature - it's great in concept, but without support for relational cases its impractical to use.

I need to have each of my intake forms signed by the client(s) and also by the therapist. Please create a way to have clients and therapists sign each form when sending the initial forms packet. Presently, there is not a way to use the electronic forms feature without creating legal risk for your customers.

I would say this is probably the most important update for therapists right now with most of us doing telehealth.

When completing progress notes and other clinical documentation, allow another place for the parent/guardian to sign in situations where we are treating a minor.

In order for our forms to be legally binding we have to have signatures on each form and on certain parts of the form.

Agreed, we also work with minors (and couples) and need online intake forms that allow us to identify multiple parties and get multiple electronic signatures.

Multiple signatures for treatment plans is needed as well to follow state guidelines for treating minors.

Please add this soon as minors are not technically supposed to sign their informed consents and we need a space for the parent to sign their names

I need to be able to allow two people to sing a form such as a minor consent form or a therapy agreement. Please work on that

Add ability to have multiple signatures for Tx plan. I have a lot of adolesent residential clients and currently only their signature is on the Tx plan. Best practices and now state of Montana require the facility admin, therapist, client and guardian/ parent signatures also.

We are a marriage and family therapy training clinic and recently new customers, as of April, and the biggest struggle we have is the lack of ”relationally” friendly theranest is. Unfortunately, if within the next 6 months there isn't an option that streamlines this process, we will also need to find an alternative EMR.

I work with a lot of children/teens. I would like to have parents be able to sign treatment plans in addition to myself as a clinician and the child/client. Can you create an option for additional signatures and for someone to sign as the parent/guardian instead of client's name?
