    Multiple Intake Document Signatures for Couples and Families with adolescents

    Allow for multiple signatures on intake documents to include family. For example both parents and children over age 12.

    Also a space for the child to sign if they are above the age of 12.

    Yes, also we need to be able to have both parents sign. So ideally we would be able to add two parents and the child or adolescent sign all the intake documents.
