    For the option to place holds / authorizations on cards. We are having an increase in credit card declines, particularly for new clients and are wondering if there is an option to assess if the client is giving a truly active card before the session is scheduled / takes place.

    Adding that that is a problem because we use ONE central email address for all admin and since they cannot all have the same log in email address, many of them use their gmails to login. This means that clients are then able to respond to their individual gmail addresses instead of the admin email address.

    Can you please limit the letters that can be entered here / or make it a pull down menu to prevent this error message from occurring -

    "Following fields missing or invalid on client details: The State length must be 2 characters"
