Allow non-admin staff members to invite clients to client portal
Grant ability to invite client to client portal to non-admin users. Clients can only be invited from the client portal settings page, which is located under the Organization tab. As a result, only admins can invite new clients to the portal.
We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update that expands staff permissions so that non-admin staff members can send client portal invitations to their clients. Staff members with adequate permissions will have the ability to send invitations from the Client Details page. Organization administrators can control which staff members have the ability to send invitations by editing their staff members’ permissions. Often times our support staff are the ones entering new clients into the system. It would be helpful if they had client portal administration rights too.

I can't have my associates use the client portal because I can't give them Admin Status in the permissions. Please make it possible for clinicians to use the portal without Admin permission

Allow counselors who are subscribed to patient portal to send an email inviting the client to join the client portal.

I think subscribers at the 'therapist' level (not administration level) should be able to invite their clients to the portal- as it stands now they can either give the blanket sign up link and then the administrator needs to notify the therapist when paperwork comes in instead of the therapist being notified themselves.

It would be more appropriate to have all staff be able to invite new clients to the client portal. The current placement requires access to all organizational levels which is completely inappropriate.
