Family account for Client Portal
Allow an individual to access multiple accounts under one client portal. I work with families and the parent should be able to access statements and appointment information for all members of their household by logging into one client portal account.

I'm using theranest now and I'm also looking at a system that will allow me the option of scheduling multiple clients under one family. Otherwise, how is the mother supposed to complete an intake for three children?

YES -- currently I have families creating new email addresses for siblings, or putting everyone in under one account and making a note that it is for the other sibling. A Family account would be so helpful.

Hello, we are a pediatrics based clinic. Is there anyway for parents to use the same email address when signing up multiple children in the Client Portal? We've had some complaints about that since we are a pediatrics based clinic.

Allow parents/guardians to use the same email address to register for Client Portal access for multiple children/clients. It's not uncommon that a parent or guardian will have several children coming to therapy, but right now, they have to use a separate email address for each child they are registering.
