Make save & e-sign button separate rather than under a dropdown
When working on a clinical document, make the "save & e-sign" button a separate button rather than a dropdown under the "save" button.

I would prefer if the "sign and save" was the default for notes (rather than hidden in a dropdown) so clinicians don't forget to sign their notes.

Please consider making an independent "Save/Esign" button. As it currently stands, the "Save/Esign" button is a drop down menu beside the "Save" button. Can you differentiate both, having them both be visible individual buttons?
