    I think it would be helpful for the client if they were sent a text message when they get a new invoice emailed to them. Just a feature that reminds them to check their email and make a payment. I think these should be recorded as well like in the reminder log.

    We like the new Task feature at our office. But it would be helpful if you could make tasks for other staff members. As an administrator, it would be helpful to create a task for a provider relating to a specific client that needs addressing such as a balance or need for insurance information so when they see that client they will be reminded to address it.

    I wish when we sent emailed statements through the ledger that it did not go to the client with my full first and last time, I wish it was the companys name for group practices. I really dont like that clients see my full first and last name when sending them. I also wish we could have some sort of custom message with our email invoices. I use an unmonitored email to send invoices so I do not see when/if clients respond. I would like to be able to let them know that the emailed is unmonitored and where to direct their questions/concerns.
