An error occurred while saving the comment Katherine Kreitzer commentedAllow clients to access superbills via their client portal AFTER they have made payment. The cannot submit an unpaid superbill to insurance to receive reimbursement, they have to show the service was paid for.
Clients should have access to their superbills and invoices at any time.
Also, when sending superbills after they are paid, we are still sending PHI via email, and one main point of the portal is to have all of their PHI secure.Katherine Kreitzer supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Katherine Kreitzer commentedOn the drop down "Action" menu, could you add "Process Payment and go to invoice", where it would then take you to the invoice you just processed the payment for?

An error occurred while saving the comment Katherine Kreitzer commentedThe Group telehealth option is only for "group" therapy with multiple participants. This still does not give the option to do therapy with multiple people for 1 client. We should not be starting and keeping medical records for those who aren't clients. For example: identified patient is in location and partner/parent is in another location. We should not have a medical record for partner/parent to invite them.

An error occurred while saving the comment Katherine Kreitzer commentedWhen you print an invoice, the name and address does not line up with a windowed envelope, so you have to fold it differently for the name and address to appear in the window. Could you adjust the invoice to be similar to the statements, where it will line up with a standard business paper fold?

When making a bank account change for the practice, can extra security measure be put in place for this to happen? Like 2 Factor Authentication, warning emails this has been changed and a few day turn around to ensure it is supposed to happen?
