Add DOB to prospective clients list
When adding a prospective client allow me to input their birthdate.

Tp fully utilize the prospective client feature, we would like for it to have fields for demographics (name, address, DOB) Insurance info AND the ability to send intake forms, to be automatically notified when forms are complete and for these fields to populate then the prospective client is activated.
