    The PLACE OF SERVICE code has ZERO to do with an organization. The INSURANCE companies determine what code should be used. The POS should be linked to either the PAYERS or the SERVICE CODES.

    We have several client who do not / cannot utilize the client portal. We have two spanish-speaking providers so this is really limiting!

    I agree with everyone's comments. This is critically important in today's world to NOT exclude any population.

    TheraNest recommends using only ONE link for setting up a client portal - to avoid duplicate accounts. There are 2 choices: Login or Setup. If we use the LOGIN link - the next box gives them the opportunity to create a new account - totally defeating the purpose of choosing a link. PLEASE remove that option from the login links.

    While doing payroll, and saving as a pdf to my providers AR folders, it would be nice if the date I had set to run the report was reflected on the report. The only way to know the date range of the report is to name the file to reflect the date range.
