    There is no option to remove past staff members. We can archive them, but they never go away. I even tried called support but they said it can't be done. I was charged for a service because I had 2 no longer employed staff members still on because I didn't archive them because I didn't see the point... but I do now!

    We need a mobile app where we can confirm apts that clients have made - many of us work in the field and don't carry our laptops with us every minute. You wouldn't have any competition if you got this done.
