Sound alert for new practice chat message

Allow me to turn on the option to receive an audible alert when I receive a new practice chat message.

    An optional audio alert for when the clinician receives a message on the private chat

    I am not sure if this exist but I would like to receive notifications when someone chats in the practice. I am never certain when I received a message because a sound is not made.
