    It would be nice to be able to change a claim from "In Process" to "Paid/Processed" from the clients ledger. This would make it much simpler to manually enter insurance claims.

    Add administrative Dynamic Forms for those with just default permissions. Perhaps allow non clinical staff to see certain tabs under client details. For example, a receptionist could guide a client through a credit card consent or release of information if they were allowed access to specific tabs. It would also allow us to create procedural forms and more specific documentation so our admin staff is more prepared when a client arrives.
