If I want John Doe to make $40 an hour for assessments and 40% on therapy or anything else I might assign for him to do, I'd like to be able to bill as such for the two different tasks. Being able to bill for three seperate tasks at least would be nice.

I need to hour some people on an hourly basis while some will be on a percentage basis, so I need both.

I may want to partner with someone in the future with a possible 60 / 40 split with the condition that I get 100 percent of my money earned and the other person getting 100 percent of the money he/she earns. I'd like to be able to split the rest of billing made by other employees to be on the 60 percent going to me and 40 percent going to my partner. Is there a way you can make that possible. I know I can already do the 100 percent per person now, but I'd like to be able to do 60/40 on everyone else minus our numbers. I hope that makes sense. It would help make it easier to process it when seeking a partner if I choose to do so.

Please fix it so you can click from the client's appointment on the calender to create a progress note and continue through the cycle all the way to the billing feature from there. The progress note can also have a place embeded in it to save, and then click to ledger. That way you have everything within the loop getting completed without missing anything. That would make it so much easier for everyone, and it will match one of your competitors who is already making this an easy process.

I would love to be able to schedule my client on the calendar and then click on the scheduled area which leads me directly to the note that already has the correct service date on it because it's attached to the date you created it. I'm afraid I'm going to mess up and create something on the created date by accident the way you currently have it. If you click directly from the calendar and the date carrys with that click, I know I'll have no worries of that. The company I came from before this one did that, and it appeared so much smoother.
