    Add an additional portal form option of "started" or "opened/accessed" instead of just sent or completed. Forms are often not saved and sent to the client's profile even when submitted, so this would help to know what to tell a client when they stated they have completed the forms.

    Allow me to add our organization's taxonomy code as well as the taxonomy codes for each provider. Some Medicaid companies need this information and I'd rather do it in TheraNest than have to go through the clearinghouse.
