    Yes, to prevent insurance and/or ID fraud, especially when more than one person is to see this client (e.g., clinician, nurse, receptionist), a pic is vital, and it should float to the left, under the Bill To & Insurance link, which would make it "on top" most of the time. Thanks~!!
