It would be a nice feature to add automated treatment progress (TPI = Treatment Progress Indicator) surveys, similar to what Tridiuum offers. Kaiser uses the Tridiuum system to automatically send surveys to the client prior to the appointment. This data is stored on their network and the therapist can view treatment progress and trends.

Agree this needs to be added. Another reason to have this feature is to be able to filter out insurance companies that are billed manually via their website or CMS1500 form.

A floating submit button that stays in the same place on the screen as they scroll would be ideal. We are also having a lot of clients think they are finished with the intake forms, but have not actually clicked Submit. This creates a lot of confusion and delays.

A nice feature to have would be the ability to customize the Welcome message that gets sent to a client when inviting them to the client portal. Currently, the message can only be customized when in the middle of the process of inviting them.

It is handy to know which insurance company the client is with so it would be nice to have Insurance company displayed under the Client's name in the various client screens.

If we could just, in the interim until a more robust solution is implemented, the ability to keep some simple formatting from a copy/paste, that would be a huge improvement.
For example, just allowing a carriage return (new paragraph/space) would be a big deal since it would saving having to create a new element for every new paragraph.Bill B

I would like either an automatic message to go to clients that have not submitted intake forms within x hours of first scheduled appointment. I could also live with a reminder to myself, staff or assigned therapist alerting that intake forms have not been submitted within a time I can specify. We currently have to do this manually.
