The day and date could be displayed in one line, and the start and end time on a separate line below. Aesthetically, this would be easier on the eyes.

Absolutely need this. Everyone is doing the same thing, toggling back to their calendar to see what is the corresponding day of the week. Please add this feature. Thank you.

I would like to be able to quickly see how many active clients are assigned to each therapist. A number could be displayed in a grid on the Staff screen. Or maybe there is a better location? Also, when in the Client screen and filtering on "Assigned Staff", a total number could be displayed. Currently the total number of Active and Archived clients appears at the top of the screen and this number does not change based on the filters. Ok to leave it there, but perhaps add something to the effect of "Selected Therapist's Total Active Clients:" which does reflect the filter selections.

This would be handy since if we are running a report for an extended period of time and only need to see one staff member, we are generating a much larger report that is needed, while taking significantly more time than otherwise it would if able to limit data by staff.

Sometimes I do not want the form name automatically added to the top of my form. Create an option in the form design that allows user to select "Do not include Form Name on Form".

Would like to see Theranest implement FIC modules that clients can complete and therapist/administrator can report off. This would be a phenomenal feature to add and could revolutionize behavioral health.

Add "Copay" to the Customize Grid to be able to see each client's copayment.

If the Theranest calendar had this, and other features similar to the Outlook calendar interface, it would make navigation much more efficient. The calendar is one of the features used most and some enhancements will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, and in addition add an open text field for comments. Sometimes we hold off on processing a claim for some reason, but there is not a way currently to add notes to remind us why and most likely we will forget. The ability to add some quick comments on unique claims would be helpful. Our old Excel-based claims tracker allowed for this and it was very helpful to track, stay on top of and manage special claims.

Yes, I agree this would be a good feature to add. In addition, add a comments and/or date field so the person who submitted it manually could input a little more information (ex. Submitted by mail on 9/11/18", or "billed directly on [ins co] website on [date].

I believe it would be helpful to have the intake form saved as a webform (vs. pdf) so that the therapist can append comments in the intake. All patient-entered data should be static (unable to edit), can be one color, and therapist notes can be indicated as such. Ex. "Notes by [auto-insert therapist's name]:" and be a different, contrasting color. Including a pencil icon intermittently within the form will allow the therapist to add relevant comments to clarify patient's data, or simply intersperse text boxes under each section to allow for notes. The current arrangement requires the therapist to print the original intake form, write notes on it, and then scan and upload back to client on Theranest, or reference the printed intake and enter notes in Theranest. In either case, printing is required. Another option might be to enable a split screen mode so therapist can view intake in one screen and make comments in Theranest in the other. If using Windows (which we are not), a user could split their screen, but would have to have two simultaneous instances of Theranest open to 1) view the intake and 2) enter comments in notes.
The web form would be the most efficient solution and this way the therapist can make notes 'on the fly'. The notes entered could remain part of the intake, as well as could be exported to the Initial intake note.

YES! Couldn't have said it better myself!
This would make Theranest SO much better.
This may be a pipedream, but I believe software already exists that can take a pdf, doc or xls form and convert it to a modifiable form. Although oftentimes not perfect in the translation of formatting, it gets you close enough that you just have to make a few tweaks instead of re-creating it from scratch. There are many applications (Able2Extract is one) that can take a PDF and convert it to a form (usually Word or Excel) you can work with, modify, etc. Enabling something like that on the back-end so a user could upload an electronic form of various formats might be a possible solution to streamline the conversion of a therapist's existing notes to Theranest Custom note format. Thanks.

Great comments on here. Thanks to everyone that has taken the time to make suggestions.
I agree with most of them and do feel that the Forms interface could be improved.
I suggest looking at SurveyMonkey. They have a slick interface that's user-friendly - easy to learn and with a lot of customization. I also like the idea of the "Floating" menu bar, or a static menu bar in a margin so you can choose your element and immediately start working on it without having to scroll up and down.
The ability to insert tables with columns would be very useful as I'm sure many have forms with tables embedded and it really streamlines the intake process for both client and therapist.
The current system is very tedious for formatting and there should be some WYSIWYG components incorporated for improved ease of use. Thank you!

After having lost all client data a couple of times already, and reading the comments on here, it seems this is a feature that should be prioritized. Extremely frustrating and inefficient to lose your data when clicking into a different screen. All data should be saved automatically as entered, or at the very least, a pop-up to prompt the user to save prior to leaving a page with data that otherwise would be lost. The concern, of course with auto-save, is if a user accidentally over-writes data via an errant key-stroke, then it is auto-saved and the original data is lost. An "Undo" button on all pages might mitigate this. The pop-up prompt may be the way to go, at least in the short-term, but any upgrade would be an improvement and ease some frustration by what sounds to be a significant number of users.

Having to manually save everything is a bit tedious, but I guess something we could get used to. Having all data auto-save as it's entered (like other cloud-based apps, ex. Google docs) would add a higher level of user-friendliness and efficiency.
