An error occurred while saving the comment Be able to run a report that shows an overall percentage of those clients who discharged due to successfully achieving their treatment goals.
An error occurred while saving the comment Develop a way to track whether a discharge was due to client completing treatment or dropping out. We need more data to help show if services are "successful".
An error occurred while saving the comment It would be good if we could run a report to show the percent/number of clients who successfully completed treatment....the check boxes on the discharge summary would be where the information would be pulled from.
It would also be beneficial to be able to run reports related to diagnosis data... to determine how many clients are diagnosed with certain conditions/disorders.

An error occurred while saving the comment Please allow us the option to switch back to the old navigation. We have over 20 staff in our office and none of them like the new layout. It's aggravating to use.

I'd like to be able to run a report that could determine the percentage of clients that successfully completed treatment, based on the box checked on the discharge summary.
