An error occurred while saving the comment Cami Huysman commentedIn order for staff to be able to see one another's schedules, you have to uncheck the "can only view assigned clients" box. In doing this, it grants the staff member permission to run reports on missing progress notes, which is a supervisory issue, not a peer issue. This is a HUGE reason why I've keep it restricted, but it's creating room staffing issues, since you have to try to schedule a room to see if it's available. If the staff was also granted billing permission, they would be able to see how much another staff was billing. So, so wrong, for so many legal and ethical reasons.

To make reporting as accurate as possible, having an option for when staff cancel (for any reason- illness, weather, double-booking) would help make tracking more accurate, especially when running reports and not accessing individual charts.
