Can you change the "Billing and Insurance" icon on the client portal to quite literally anything else (that isn't so tacky). If I'm trying to give clients step by step feedback on how to update that info, I'd literally have to say "Click on the dollar sign" and that seems very unprofessional. Optics guys.

The option on the payroll report to pay therapists by the unit, not the percentage of billing. As a payroll report: set payroll amounts for different codes (i.e. 90791 pays more than 90837).
OR
I would like a report that allows me filter units of service delivered by provider, billing code, and date range. Also, it would auto tabulate the totals for each billing code.

Setting where I can block clients from scheduling, but I can put appointments on, without overriding. Example: I specialize in child/adolescent services. I can block my after school hours from clients scheduling them, but I can add a client without a hassle. This would allow me to protect those times for the target population. Its a feature I have with my current employer on Simple Practice. Its greys out my availability, but I can just click on the time and add an appointment.
Yeah, this should just be a thing, not something we have to play around with.
