Most insurances are requiring providers to include start and stop times in notes and/or to show the amount of time in session. Including a timer that records this information would be a convenient feature and it is also not available on other platforms that I am aware of. This unique feature would be optional. One way to implement may be once the note is assigned to an appointment date/time, the note would autopopulate with this information with a checkbox to include or not include.

The current family/group system is clunky and frustrating. Not user friendly.
