    One way to deal with this would be to inform clients that the time they are selecting may be modified by up to 45 min to accommodate the counselors schedule. To do this, there would need to be a way to provide that information to the client as they are scheduling, or on the last screen after an appointment request is made.

    After a client requests an appointment they are sent to a page that informs them that their request has been sent. It states the following, but does not offer any next action opportunities:

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    All done, CLIENT NAME!

    Your appointment with Xxxxx Xxxxx for Life-Coaching Interview has been submitted and is awaiting confirmation.
    We created an account for you to be available to check appointment status.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This is a dead page. It gives no additional instructions and provides no link.

    Please make it possible for the administrator to identify a link that clients will click on or at least tell them to close the page when they are ready to move on with the rest of their lives.
