We need the capability to create customized reports to monitor employee performance. For example, our services have specific timeframes for completion. A report would help us quickly identify and address late items. Presently we do this manually which is time consuming and potentially inaccurate.
Some examples are:
Progress notes completed within 24 hours, Treatment plans by second appointment
Psych Evaluations documented within 14 days
We don't have a simplified way to manage individual performance or to see how well the office is meeting benchmarks. I have to look at client files one at a time to find this info which is horribly inefficient.
