Give clients options of specific start times (ex. 8am, 9a, 11a) instead of allowing them to request anytime between 8a and 12 (ex. 8:45a, 9:15a)

Set specific times clients are able to schedule appointment (8 a, 9a, 1p, etc) instead of open avail, which allows clients to schedule at 8:15a or 9:45a. They are also currently allowed to request a 60 min appointment in a 15 min slot

create an option to automatically send superbills to clients who request them or have them available in the client portal after payment is made.

Clients are not able to enter their full credit Card information prior to their first invoice, which has resulted in delays and non-payment of services and no-shows.
PCI DSS states "PCI DSS does not prohibit the collection of card verification codes/values prior to authorization of a specific purchase or transaction. However, it is not permitted to retain card verification codes/values once the specific purchase or transaction for which it was collected has been authorized. Some service providers offer a concierge-style service, where cardholder details are retained by the provider to facilitate potential future transactions. Retention of card verification codes/values for this purpose is also prohibited under PCI DSS Requirement 3.2."
Being that this would a specific purchase, agreed upon by the client, and not a "concierge-style service", this feature should be permitted

Self scheduling allows multiple clients to request the same or overlapping times. Also climay not request an appointment with enough time available (i.e. request a 60 min appointment in a 30 min slot). Adding a calendar to the unconfirmed appointment page will make it easier so staff won’t have to flip back & forth. between pages
