    Agreed! I'm not sure why we can only click on "Add Progress Note" from the Agenda, but not from the actual calendar appointment... Too many clicks are required to do this simple task!

    Allow reports to be scheduled and sent automatically by email so we can set up automated processing on our end (e.g., Power Automate will pull the incoming spreadsheet and upload it to our Power BI dashboard for up-to-date data). The reporting feature is very limited, which is disappointing for an EMR. We'd love to be able to pull as much data as we want to by creating our own reports or at least having backend access to the database.
