It would be greatly helpful if ALL of the columns in the Auth Report could be sorted and filtered. Specifically, sorting the Units Remaining column, would help us more easily determine when an auth request is needed.

I think you can do away with redundant "new case note" notifications because there is already a badge icon count for notes awaiting review. If you are a supervisor who reads notes, typically it is quite a few and receiving notifications 3 ways (email, TheraNest notification, and notes awaiting badge) is redundant and overwhelming. Just having the notes awaiting review badge count (new feature) is enough for me.

Now that we can create custom progress notes, it would be nice if the Progress Notes page showed a preview of the custom note like it does for the standard note (shows session focus) so they don't look blank. Maybe the first box from the dynamic form?

Yes, this would be really helpful for supervisees. If your supervisor has approved your note, then presumably, it doesn't require additional edits and it would be great to have the option to sign multiples.

Yes, this would be very helpful. We bill a fairly large volume of claims and many to Medicaid, whose contracted rate is lower than our general fee schedule (i.e., lots of write offs). This would really be a huge convenience and time saver.

The password strength requirements are disturbingly low. We would feel much more secure if the requirements were higher (Capital, lowercase, number, AND symbol) and if there was multi-factor authentication. It would also be nice to set password expirations (particularly if you aren't ready/able to set up MFA at this time).
