Show preview of dynamic progress notes
When viewing a client's list of progress notes, the dynamic progress notes don't show a preview like the standard template. Allow me to see a preview of the dynamic progress note when viewing a client's list of progress notes.

Now that we can create custom progress notes, it would be nice if the Progress Notes page showed a preview of the custom note like it does for the standard note (shows session focus) so they don't look blank. Maybe the first box from the dynamic form?
