I can't believe they still haven't added this 4 years later! I just experienced this today, and now we have to charge a client twice after they were overcharged the first time. It's incredibly unprofessional. I agree with the comment that states there should at least be a warning that you can't partially refund or stop a refund once it's been processed. Not every client is content with an account credit, some just want their money back.

When a client performs an action in the portal, the description of the action in the activity log lists the wrong pronoun. (Ex. a client listed as female in their client details is referred to as he/his in the activity log)

When we go to process a payment, but there are multiple credit cards on file it would be nice to reference the past few invoice payment details if they also included the last 4 digits of the card used. Additionally the client just may have a preferred card so being able to reference past payment details, card info included, may negate the need to repeatedly contact the client to know which card to charge.
This is still very much needed! Being able to edit or format documents in a way that you specifically need them displayed (ex. column splicing for only part of the document rather than the current "all or nothing" format) would be incredibly useful.
