Allow us to create a customized assessment that functions like the one created by TheraNest. Currently, we can design our own, however, it does not link to appointments, nor does it pull in a diagnosis, etc. Those can only be done by using the default forms created by TheraNest. Having the ability to either modify the default forms build by TheraNest, or the ability to create our own would be extremely beneficial.

Allow for the ability to re-assess a client with a new assessment rather than adding an addendum.

Create a report that allows you to search for clients assigned a specific diagnosis, such as an adjustment disorder. These should be used longer than 3 months, typically, and it would be great for self-auditing and supervision of therapists, to be able to run a report based on diagnosis of active clients per provider and date diagnosis was given to help determine which clients need further review with the clinical supervisor to discuss assigning a more appropriate diagnosis.
